SAP Note 902892 - Procedure cache hit ratio seems strange

Symptom
In a 620 basis system, the procedure cache hit ratio seems strange or inconsistent with historical values.  In later releases SAP download tools record strange results for procedure cache hit ratio.

Other terms
GET_SQLPERFCACHE_MSQ, GET_SQLPERFCACHE_MSS, Procedure cache hit ratio, RSMSQ000, ST04 main screen

Reason and Prerequisites
The term procedure cache hit ratio really covers a variety of SQL Server items; Misc. Normalized Trees, Execution Contexts, Cursors, Adhoc Sql Plans, Prepared Plans, Procedure Plans, Trigger Plans, etc.
They are all averaged together to create a TOTAL hit ratio.  In 620, the TOTAL value was not displayed on the main screen of ST04.  Instead whatever subcomponent was listed first was displayed.

Solution
Please implement the following source code correction
