• Uninstalling the GRCPIERP
  Before you install the GRCPIERP, keep in mind that you cannot uninstall ABAP add-ons. Further restrictions that concern the upgrade and maintenance of your SAP system and that occur as a result of installing an add-on are described in release strategy note 1504243.

• Required release
  SAP Release 46C is a prerequisite.

• Import the latest SPAM/SAINT update.
  Ensure that you have installed the latest SPAM/SAINT update in your system. If a newer version is available on SAP Service Marketplace, import the new SPAM/SAINT update.

• Obtain the following notes before you begin the installation:

3. Preparing the GRCPIERP V1000_46C installation

• Making the GRCPIERP V1000_46C add-on available
  The installation CD for GRCPIERP V1000_46C is not automatically sent to all customers. Request the CD with the material number <xxxxxxxx> from your local subsidiary or download the CD from SAP Service Marketplace.

• Log on as user:
  <sid>adm          on UNIX
  <SID>OFR          on IBM i (previously i5/OS or OS/400)
  <SID>adm          on Microsoft Windows

• Switch to the directory <DIR_EPS_ROOT> of your SAP system (usually /usr/sap/trans/EPS). After you execute the RSPFPAR report, the <DIR_EPS_ROOT> directory is also displayed under DIR_EPS_ROOT.

• Go to the higher-level directory of <DIR_EPS_ROOT>.

• Unpack the SAR archive <SAR_Archive> on the CD with the following statement:
  UNIX:
  SAPCAR -xvf /<CD_DIR>/GRCPIERP_V1000_46C_INST/DATA/K-100AGINGRCPIERP.SAR
  IBM i (previously i5/OS or OS/400):

4. Executing the GRCPIERP V1000_46C installation

• Log on as the following user:
  Log on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALL authorization. Do NOT use the SAP* or DDIC users.

• Display the add-on installation package.
  Call transaction SAINT and choose 'Load'. After the list of uploaded packages is displayed, you can return to the initial screen of transaction SAINT by choosing either F3 or "Back".

• Starting the installation
  Call transaction SAINT, select the Add-On GRCPIERP V1000_46C  and then choose 'Continue'. If all of the necessary conditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the system will now display the relevant queue. The queue consists of the installation package, and it may also contain Support Packages and Add-On Support Packages. To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'. For more information, call transaction SAINT and choose "Info" on the application toolbar.
  The system prompts you to enter a password. This password is provided below.

5. After you have installed the GRCPIERP V1000_46C

• Importing languages after the upgrade

• If you intend to install additional languages, we recommend that you do this before you import further Support Packages. Refer to the "Language support" section.

• You can import Support Packages of components that GRCPIERP V1000_46C does not modify without CRTs.

• Generation errors

• No generation errors.

• Delivery Customizing:

• Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may have to be copied to other clients. For more information, see Note 337623.

6. Language support

• In addition to German and English, the following languages supported by GRCPINW V1000_640: Arabic, Czech, Danish, Spanish,Finnish, French, Hebrew, Croation, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese,Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak,Swedish, Turkish, Chinese trad., Chinese If you want to install one of these languages, proceed as follows:
  The default language you want must already be installed before you install the add-on language files. The add-on language import must be carried out as described in the guide "Language Transport" (Release 46C). You will find the language packages of GRCPIERP V1000_46C in the "LANGUAGE" directory on the <Installation/Language CD> with the material number <51039481>.

• Go to the higher-level directory of <DIR_EPS_ROOT>.

• Unpack the SAR archive K-104AGINGRCPINW on the CD with the following statement:

  Call transaction SAINT and choose "Start". Select the Add-On GRCPINW V1000_710 and choose "Continue". If all of the necessary conditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the system will now display the relevant queue. The queue consists of the installation package, and it may also contain Support Packages and Add-On Support Packages.
  To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'. For more information, call transaction SAINT and choose 'Info' on the application toolbar.
  The system prompts you to enter a password. This password is provided below.

6. After the installation of GRCPINW V1000_710

• Importing languages after the installation

• The Add-On GRCPINW V1000_710 does not contain modifications.This means that additional Support Packages can be imported into the system.

• Generation errors

• All the language-dependent parts of GRCPINW are contained in the installation package of the add-on. If the relevant standard language exists in the system when you import GRCPINW, the language part of the add-on is automatically imported. You do not need to import a language transport separately.

• If you import a new standard language into your system after installing the GRCPINW, you must manually ensure that the corresponding language-dependent part of the add-on is imported. For more information, see Note 195442.

2. Prerequisites for installing GRCPINW V1000_620

• Uninstalling the GRCPINW
  Before you install the GRCPINW, keep in mind that you cannot uninstall ABAP add-ons. Further restrictions that concern the upgrade and maintenance of your SAP system and that occur as a result of installing an add-on are described in release strategy note 1504132.

• Required release
  You require SAP_BASIS Release 620

• Import the latest SPAM/SAINT update.
  Ensure that you have installed the latest SPAM/SAINT update in your system. If a new version is available on SAP Service Marketplace, import the new SPAM/SAINT update.

• Obtain the following notes before you begin the installation:

  Add-Ons: Conditions:	70228
  Release strategy note:	1504243
  Problems with transaction SAINT:	484219

• Prerequisites:

• Check that your system meets the following prerequisites:
  Required components

  SAP_BASIS	620
  SAP_ABA	620

• Required Component Support Packages

  SAP_BASIS		SAPKB62063
  SAP_ABA		SAPKA62063

• If these Support Package components are not yet installed, you can include them in the installation of GRCPINW V1000_620 . For more information, see Note 83458.

3. Preparing for the GRCPINW V1000_620 installation

• Obtain the GRCPINW V1000_620 add-on
  The installation CD for GRCPINW V1000_620 is not automatically sent to all customers. Request the CD with the material number 51039481 from your local subsidiary or download the CD from SAP Service Marketplace.

• Log on as user:

  <sid>adm	on UNIX
  <SID>OFR	on IBM i (previously i5/OS or OS/400)
  <SID>adm	on Microsoft Windows

• Switch to the directory <DIR_EPS_ROOT> of your SAP system (usually /usr/sap/trans/EPS). After you execute the RSPFPAR report, the <DIR_EPS_ROOT> directory is also displayed under DIR_EPS_ROOT.

• Go to the higher-level directory of <DIR_EPS_ROOT>.

• Unpack the SAR archive <SAR_Archive> on the CD with the following statement:

  UNIX:

  SAPCAR -xvf /<CD_DIR>/GRCPINW_V1000_620_INST/DATA/K-101AGINGRCPINW.SAR

  IBM i (previously i5/OS or OS/400):

  SAPCAR '-xvf /QOPT/<VOLID>/GRCPINW_V1000_620_INST/DATA/K-101AGINGRCPINW.SAR

  Microsoft Windows:

  SAPCAR -xvf <CD_DRIVE>:\GRCPINW_V1000_620_INST\DATA\K-101AGINGRCPINW.SAR

  The CSR0120031469_0047313.PAT file should now be in the <DIR_EPS_ROOT>/in directory.

4. Installing the GRCPINW V1000_620

• User to be used.
  Log on to your SAP system in client 000 as a user with SAP_ALL authorization. Do NOT use the SAP* or DDIC users.

• Display the add-on installation package.
  Call transaction SAINT and choose 'Load'. After the list of uploaded packages is displayed, you can return to the initial screen of transaction SAINT by choosing either F3 or "Back".

• Starting the installation
  Call transaction SAINT, select the GRCPINW V1000_620 add-on and then choose 'Continue'. If all of the necessary conditions for importing the add-on have been fulfilled, the system will now display the relevant queue. The queue consists of the installation package, and it may also contain Support Packages and Add-On Support Packages. To start the installation process, choose 'Continue'. For more information, call transaction SAINT and choose "Info" on the application toolbar.
  The system prompts you to enter a keyword. This keyword is provided below.

5. After installing GRCPINW V1000_620

• Importing languages after the upgrade

• If you intend to install additional languages, we recommend that you do this before you import further Support Packages. Refer to the "Language support" section.

• Generation errors

• No Generation errors.

• Delivery Customizing:

• Delivery Customizing is imported into client 000 and may have to be copied to other clients. For more information, see Note 337623.

6. Language support

• In addition to German and English, the following languages are supported by GRCPINW V1000_620:  Arabic, Czech, Danish, Spanish,Finnish, French, Hebrew, Croation, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese,Korean, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovak,Swedish, Turkish, Chinese trad., Chinese
  If you want to install one of these languages, proceed as follows:
  First, you must have installed the required language for SAP R/3 Enterprise 47x200 before installing the add-on language file. Carry out the add-on language import in accordance with the guide entitled "SAP Web Application Server 6.20 Language Transport".
  You will find the language packages of <addOn> V1000_620 in the "EPS" directory on the <Installation/Language CD> with the material number <510139481>.
