Reason and Prerequisites
Please upgrade your system Netweaver version to release 7 EhP 02 before you can start the upgrade to GRCFND_A version 1000.
Solution
Please refer to the note 1490996 for the detail technical installation information.
Notice: This note is updated on a regular basis. Make sure that you have the lastest version of this note before you start the upgrade.
The following steps must be performed after you have completed the technical installation.
1) Please review and apply the notes mentioned in the section "Reference to related Notes".
2) Assign Plan Activity to Regulation
If you are using PC10.0 SP0 or SP1, please perform following activities. Ehancement will be provided in SP2 so that these activities will not be needed any more from SP02.
For assignment of plan usage to a regulation, maintain the following configuration in the Customizing activity:
Governance, Risk and Compliance -> Process Control -> Multiple-Compliance Framework -> Relate Regulation to Plan Usage.
For customer-created regulation types, maintain the plan usage here as well.
The relevant customizng in PC3.0 is in the table GRFNREGTASK.
3) Maintain regulation specific process owner roles
If you are using PC10.0 SP0 or SP1, please perform following activities: Before you start upgrade, please download the following two roles SAP_GRC_SPC_SOX_PRC_OWNER and SAP_GRC_SPC_FDA_PRC_OWNER to files. To download role, use transaction PFCG, enter the role ID of the role which you want to download, go to Role -> Download.
After the upgrade, please upload these two roles into PC 10.0 system from the files you downloaded before. To upload role, use transaction PFCG, enter the role ID for the role which you want to upload, go to Role -> Upload.
Enhancements will be provided in SP2 so that these activities are not be needed any more from SP02.
