SAP Note 90293 - Error dialog box when starting Transaction

Symptom

When you try to create a service link to a customer system using Transaction STFK, error message RV153 appears:

"Customer not registered - please read note no. 90293".

Cause and prerequisites

In Transaction STRC no SAProuter is specified for this customer number or

no remote link exists.

Solution

Forward the existing customer problem message referring to this note to the component XX-SER-NET-HTL in CSN. If no customer problem message exists create a new CUSTOMER problem message and add it to the component XX-SER-NET-HTL.

The staff at the network hotline will then contact the customer to make the service link.
